Rob was at my house within 90 minutes!!! Each step was communicated well with what the next steps would be. We came across some situations where we had to go to plan B/C. All of that was discussed at each part before a final decision was made. Very happy customer.  First time with this company. I would definitely be calling again! 10/10!!

Called The Hastings Plumber because my sink was making noises like a dying walrus, and my shower had decided it was now a decorative feature rather than a functional one. He showed up faster than I could boil the jug, carrying tools that looked like they came straight from a sci-fi movie. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, given my pipes a stern talking-to, and had everything flowing smoother than a jazz sax solo. Bonus points: He didn’t even flinch when I asked if he could also fix the toilet that’s been ‘haunted’ for three months. (He did. Ghost-free now.) 10/10 would recommend — if your pipes are acting possessed, this is your guy!”
